Cooking Directions:
Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place no more than 6 thigh fillets in a foil-lined baking pan.
3. Bake, on center rack, uncovered, 35 minutes (25 minutes if thawed) until internal temperature at thickest part reaches 170°F as measured with meat thermometer.
Grill:
1. Preheat gas grill to medium heat.
2. Grill up to 8 fillets for 15 minutes (7 minutes if thawed).
3. Turn thigh fillets and grill an additional 15 minutes (7 minutes if thawed) until internal temperature at thickest part reaches 170°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
Note: If using a charcoal grill, you may need to add an additional 10-15 minutes to cooking time.

Our family loves thigh meat, and this chicken is the best quality we've tasted. Individually frozen so it makes it easy to unthaw what you need.
I bought these because I love dark meat. I made them for supper because I needed a quick meal and my husband raved over these! I like that I can just grab what I need out of the bag and either use them for stirfry, fry or even bake them. This is now my new favorite chicken!
