Cooking Directions:
To refresh:
Overnight Refresh: Fill carton to fill line with hot tap water at 140°–160°F. Reclose carton and refrigerate overnight, placing cartons about 1″ apart.
10 Minute Refresh: Fill carton to fill line with water from hot water dispenser at 180°–190°F. Reclose and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
30 Minute Refresh: Fill carton to fill line with hot tap water at 140°–160°F. Reclose and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
To Brown: Place hash browns on a well-oiled grill at 350° – 400°F. Grill 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Grilling required on one side only.
Oven Preparation:
1. Place refreshed hash browns in full size oven-safe pan.
2. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of melted butter, margarine or oil and layer about an inch thick.
3. Sprinkle with seasoned salt or paprika.
4. Bake at 450°F for 8-10 minutes in a convection oven, or 525°F for 12-15 minutes in a conventional oven.

These are the best for camping. It's easy to store and it makes quite a bit. We love them!
These hashbrowns are awesome!! I just pour out a cup and heat up a cup of water and place them in a covered bowl. They are ready to cook around 30 minutes and they are perfect. They arent soggy like shredded potatoes. Ive even used them for potato casseroles.
These are so good! Just like eating at a diner but better. A hit with the kids.
We packed several small ziplock bags of these hash browns for a trip to Hawaii, where we were able to cook our own meals and wanted to save some money. We also packed some gravy mix and enjoyed the hash browns for several breakfasts. They are so easy to use! I like to pour out what I need and cover them with water before I go to bed, then in the morning I drain them, if necessary and they cook really quickly. So good!
