E-Z Gel is a gluten-free, Non-GMO, instant cornstarch that can be added directly to any liquid – hot or cold – for immediate thickening. E-Z Gel can be used in baked applications to keep breads and cookies soft, or to add body to low calorie sauces and salad dressings. Products made with E-Z Gel can be refrigerated, canned, or frozen without weeping, thinning, or breaking down. E-Z Gel whisks into food without lumping and adds no flavor of its own.

Directions for Use: Add E-Z Gel gradually to hot or cold liquids, whisking or stirring until smooth. Allow to stand for 10 minutes to reach maximum thickness. Bottle, refrigerate or freeze finished products for future use. E-Z Gel replaces cornstarch, flour and tapioca in all thickening applications.

Reduced Sugar Freezer Fruit Spread:

-4 cups finely chopped or crushed fruit or berries
-2 cups sugar or sweetener equivielent 
-2 Tbsp lemon juice
-1/2 cup E-Z Gel

  1. Combine crushed fruit, sugar and lemon juice in medium bowl. Gradually add E-Z Gel, stirring constantly. Let stand five minutes to thicken and stir until smooth.
  2. Package, label, date and freeze for up to one year.
Yield: 6 cups

  1. I have used Ultra gel for years and love it I wouldn't be without it. Great in gravy and sauces.

  2. Tried the Ultra Gel for the first time, made Double Cheese Cauliflower Soup. It has never been so easy to thicken this soup! I love it, can't wait to try it with other things like gravy and sauces.

  3. No more lumpy sauces or gravies--I forgot to add enough cornstarch to a sauce I had already boiled and remembered I had this--hot or cold, you can add at any time. it works GREAT!

  5. I made some custard and decided to try this since I was out of corn starch. It took a bit of extra whisking to fully dissolve the grit but ultimately so much easier to work with! It’s perfect
