Directions for Use: Add E-Z Gel™ gradually to hot or cold liquids, whisking or stirring until smooth. Allow to stand for 10 minutes to reach maximum thickness. Bottle, refrigerate or freeze finished products for future use. E-Z Gel™ replaces cornstarch, flour and tapioca in all thickening applications.Reduced Sugar Freezer Fruit Spread:
-4 cups finely chopped or crushed fruit or berries
-2 cups sugar or sweetener equivielent
-2 Tbsp lemon juice
-1/2 cup E-Z Gel
- Combine crushed fruit, sugar and lemon juice in medium bowl. Gradually add E-Z Gel, stirring constantly. Let stand five minutes to thicken and stir until smooth.
- Package, label, date and freeze for up to one year.

I have used Ultra gel for years and love it I wouldn't be without it. Great in gravy and sauces.

I made some custard and decided to try this since I was out of corn starch. It took a bit of extra whisking to fully dissolve the grit but ultimately so much easier to work with! It’s perfect
