My grand children love to bake; Chef Mckayla and Cook William! Whenever the recipe calls for Vanilla; we open the bottle and sniff for a while because there isn't anything better than the smell of beautiful vanilla. The flavoring really makes an impact on my baking too! The vanilla is pure and oh so good.
I love this Blue Cattle Mexican Vanilla. I usually make my own homemade vanilla, but since I tried the Blue Cattle brand, I am converted to the ease and taste of this product. I use it in all my baking and cooking. It has such a rich taste and color. Makes my cookies, cakes and frostings taste so good. From now on it's my only go to vanilla.
I love the quality and price of this great vanilla, but I always have an issue with the bottle before I can use it all up. The cork stopper breaks, and then I'm stuck either trying to find something to replace it with, or fighting with the cork stub every time I want to use some.
This is my favorite vanilla! No extracts for me!
