Oooooh... this shrimp is yummmmy! It has a nice, light crispy coating. Not overly breaded. Very coconutty... even better than some fine dining restaurant coconut shrimp that we have had.
I had not tried these before and found them to be quite tasty. I did not deep fry, I simply air fried them! Predone, light batter and makes for a very quick meal!
