Description:
Soft, scrumptious and irresistible, sure to bring a smile to your face! An old fashioned favorite with children. Add oil and canned pumpkin.
Directions:
2 dozen:
2½ cups mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup oil
4 dozen:
4½ cups mix
15 oz. canned pumpkin
¾ cup oil
Blend mix, oil and canned pumpkin by hand or with a mixer until smooth. Spoon drop onto a parchment lined of Vegalene® sprayed cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 375° oven.
Yield: 24-2 inch cookies
Yield per bag: 96- 2 inch cookies.
